IF I CAN'T ATTEND THE LIVE RECORDING, CAN I WATCH IT AT MY LEISURE?
YES, if you are a WEEKLY member, you will get access to ALL the weekly workout recordings for that week after they are filmed. These will erase at the end of the week and refresh the following week.
I'M AN AMERICAN I WOULD PREFER PAYING IN USD IN THAT AN OPTION?
YES! To avoid conversion fees on your card, we have created options to pay in USD!
CAN I DO A DROP-IN CLASS?
Absolutely! At checkout you will have the option to pick the live class you'd like to attend for that week (Monday, Tuesday or Friday.
WHAT PLATFORM ARE THESE CLASSES GOING TO BE ON?
At this time, when live classes are held, they will be hosted over ZOOM. This way we can also see you and offer corrections to the group. You are of course welcome to turn off your video if you don't want to be seen.
DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?
NONE! We suggest a mat, but even if you just have a carpet that's fine. We will also suggest using cans of beans etc. as weights, throw cushions as a squishy ball, two rags as sliding discs and a hand towel as a strap/band.
DO I HAVE TO REMEMBER TO RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP EVERY WEEK?
No! We have set up automatic recurring weekly memberships so that you don't have to think! You can however, also cancel at ANY time, there is no obligation.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DIDN'T USE IT?
No, refunds aren't possible, but the benefit of our weekly membership option is the handy replay feature so you can catch a class whenever it suits your schedule!
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
Classes are 45 mins each.
WILL I GET A CHANCE TO INTERACT WITH THE INSTRUCTOR?
Yes! Just like a regular class, we will start the call a couple minutes early so that we can connect and you can share anything you want with your instructor. You can also always e-mail us in advance with any question/concern you want to privately share. admin@themovementboutique.ca
DO I HAVE TO HAVE THE REFORMER TO DO THE REFORMER FIIT CLASS?
No! We have created this class to "mimic" moves on the reformer so you can do them in the comfort of your own home.

All classes are streamed live in Eastern Standard Time (EST)
